Job Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. In this vital role, you will assist with daily resident activities, monitor vital signs, and provide essential support to nursing staff. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for those in your care. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or memory care, ensuring comfort and safety Document patient information thoroughly using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or eClinicalWorks Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts and assist with transfers for patients requiring mobility assistance Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required. Must be able to communicate well with residents, family, and other staff. Provide residents with high-quality personal care and services while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Document services are performed on computerized charting systems. Working with older adults and those with special needs while maintaining good customer service, patience, and compassion. Ability to stand for long periods of time and requires moderate to heavy lifting, bending, and pushing. Ability to read and follow directions. Ability to complete multiple tasks and prioritize. Ability to work well with others and be a team player. Must be able to complete and pass a background check (e-mail required). Shifts Days (6:00 am
