Job Description

Contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position for an 8-week assignment in Montevideo, MN. Work 12-hour shifts in a long-term care facility. Earn competitive pay and benefits while providing compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and skilled patient care in a long-term care facility, ensuring residents' comfort and safety Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support Document patient status, care provided, and any changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent CPR certification CNA license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes (no Crocs) Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Physical ability to perform 12-hour shifts
