What You'll Do You'll step in when additional coverage is needed and help our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care Following individualized care plans and daily routines Communicating changes or concerns to nursing staff Helping create a positive experience for residents, families, and your teammates What We're Looking For Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is preferred. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, comfortable caring for older adults, and willing to step in when our team needs additional support.
