Job Description
Description Pick up shifts when it works with your schedule! Ortonville Area Health Services and Fairway View Communities are seeking CNAs that are responsible for performing a variety of duties, helping residents with daily cares, and assisting nurses with specific tasks. If you are not currently certified, we will also provide training and certification for the serious candidate. Candidates must obtain Current registration on MN Nursing assistant registry and obtains license within 4 months of hire/transfer date required by state law. The caregiver provides medical and physical care to the residents of the household to meet their daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. While this care is provided under the leadership of a professional nurse, the caregiver is the residents' closest advocate in the household. What you can expect being a

Promotes residents well-being through meaningful relationship building Providing support, friendship, and kindness for each of the household members Facilitates activities for residents of the household to provide meaningful ways to spend time as recreation, exercise, relationship building, and fun Supports the Homemaker position by maintaining a clean, safe household environment and helping with residents personal laundry All care giver tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations in a safe and efficient mannerHours and Pay:
