The Pines of Richfield , a Cassia senior living community, is hiring Caregivers , to join the team in Richfield, MN. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Monitor and record vital signs. Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Document care provided in a computerized charting system. Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being. Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care. Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA)
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required! Med Passing strongly preferred! Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion. Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Must be at least 18 years old.
