Job Description

NorBella Rogers , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team! NorBella Rogers is located in Rogers, MN, just off I-94 and MN-101. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. NorBella Rogers is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!
Shifts Available:
Full-Time PMs (2pm-10pm)
HHA Wage:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential:
$1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
