Charles, MN Whitewater Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in St. Charles, Minnesota, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Night shift . Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist residents with meals and hydration Answer call lights and respond to resident needs Take and record vital signs as directed Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Provide compassionate and respectful resident care Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team Qualifications Current Minnesota CNA certification or eligibility to work as a CNA in Minnesota Compassionate and resident-focused Dependable and team-oriented Strong communication skills Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
