Primary Responsibilities Observe clients and report any changes in physical, social or emotional condition. Report changes to the Registered Nurse. Communicate in a timely manner with physicians and nurse practitioners' changes of condition requiring medical interventions. Assist with ordering and setup of client medications. Monitor unlicensed staff and provide guidance to promote the completion of duties and responsibilities for clients in a timely, professional, respectful and dignified manner. Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of job performance of unlicensed staff in collaboration with the Registered Nurse. Assist in the training of new employees as directed. Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies. Initiate emergency treatment.
