Responding to resident needs:
CNAs promptly address resident requests, provide emotional support, and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Supporting mealtime activities:
CNAs assist residents during meals, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration according to their individual dietary needs.
