What You'll Do As a Flex Caregiver, you'll step in when additional coverage is needed and help make sure residents continue receiving dependable, compassionate care.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Supporting residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care Helping residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence Following individualized care plans and daily routines Observing changes in condition and communicating concerns to nursing staff Assisting with meals and resident activities Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Who We're Looking For Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Caregiver is preferred. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and comfortable stepping in when additional support is needed . Because this is an on-call position, you should be comfortable reviewing available shifts and accepting work on an as-needed basis. Work When It Fits. Make a Difference When You're Here.
