BrightStar Care is looking for compassionate MO CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our growing team in full-time and part-time positions. At BrightStar Care, our CNA team members have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, patients, and their families while providing essential one-on-one care. As a CNA, you will provide personalized support to clients in a home-care environment, helping them remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible.

Job Duties:

1 Year or more of experience doing home care, either as a caregiver or a CNA. Provide personal care and assistance with hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Take vital signs and report changes in patient condition. Assist with ambulation, transfers, and other mobility needs. Prepare meals and preform light housekeeping duties around client's homes. Support clients with exercises, outdoor activities, and other daily activities. Collaborate with families and the administrative team to help ensure each patient's Plan of Care remains current. Provide compassionate, dependable one-on-one support tailored to each client's needs.

MO CNA Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the State of Missouri. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. We offer a BLS class at a reduced cost if you need your certification. Negative TB skin test from within the last year. Ability to successfully pass a drug screen. Ability to adhere to HIPAA requirements and maintain client confidentiality. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Ability to provide varying levels of physical assistance depending on client mobility. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age.
