We are seeking a compassionate and dependable nursing professional to join our care team on a full-time daytime schedule. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to residents or patients while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities Assist residents or patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team. Support residents or patients with meals, hydration, and nutrition according to care plans and dietary needs. Provide comfort, companionship, and emotional support while maintaining dignity and privacy. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment. Follow care plans, facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines. Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and the use of mobility aids as needed. Document care provided accurately and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members. Qualifications Current certification as a nursing assistant or equivalent credential, where required. Ability to provide compassionate, person-centered care with professionalism and respect. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow directions, care plans, and established procedures. Physical ability to perform tasks that may include standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with resident or patient care.
