Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Domestic Care Technician to join our Colonial Springs Long Term Care Facility in Buffalo , Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details Status:

PRN (Per Requested Need).

Work Shift:

Days, Evenings, Nights or even

Rotating Hours:

Varies upon shift Shift Differential $1- $3 additional depending on shift. Incentives Qualified candidates may also receive: Tuition Assistance or Loan Reimbursement Paid on-the-job training if you are looking to obtain your Certified Nurse Assistant Licensure. Flexible schedules Opportunities for advancement and growth on a personal and professional level.

What Your Day Looks Like:

A typical day will include knowing and applying current nursing theory, principles of treatment, and nursing procedures in the care of residents. As a Domestic Care Technician, you will be: Preparing residents for meals, serving, and collecting food trays and nourishments, and documenting intakes Stocking linens in rooms from linen closets. Passing ice and water to residents.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma (preferred).

Experience:

Skills:

Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Licensure/Certification:

BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR (we assist with obtaining this) within 6 months of employment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
