As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care services to our residents. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide personal care services, including toileting, transferring, and ambulating Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Assist with meals and snacks, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met Maintain a clean and organized living environment Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull residents as needed
