We are currently searching for a seasoned CNA and CMT. We work 12 hour shifts 7-7 and every other weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Document patient information and medical history accurately and timely
• Assist in patient assessment and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
