Job Description

This position requires you have an active Missouri certification as a CNA. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and contribute to the well-being of those in need. Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to promote dignity and comfort Support mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe transfers Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and aseptic techniques Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with nursing staff to identify patient needs and report any changes in condition promptly Experience Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or nursing homes is highly valued Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs measurement is essential Background in dementia care, Alzheimer's care, or memory care enhances your ability to support patients with cognitive impairments Certification in basic life support (BLS) or CPR is required or strongly preferred Join us to be part of a compassionate team that values your dedication and helps improve the quality of life for our patients.
