Nurse Aide - Aspire Senior Living Joplin 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day (6am-6pm). Full-Time Night (+Rotating Weekends)
Pay Rate:
$15hr Become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level - Pay Rate Increases + Up to $4hr Shift Differential available! Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Aide , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Aspire Senior Living Joplin is willing to train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) level.
Nurse Aide Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care, including personal care, vital signs, and basic hygiene needs Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Implement care plans and instructions from licensed nurses Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
Nurse Aide Requirements:
Experience working in a long-term/senior living or healthcare setting preferred
