The primary objective of our Care Partners (CNAs) is to Protect, Sustain, and Nurture the lives of those who live with us. They do this by taking care of the day to day needs of the household. This includes providing assistance with ADLs, preparing meals, and participating in activities that bring joys to the elders in the cottage. The ultimate goal of the Care Partner is to be a leader in the environment which promotes a high quality of life and a positive elderhood. The responsibilities include not just care for the Elders, but also their environment, including cooking, laundry, and some housekeeping.
