What You'll Do As a CNA at Tiffany Heights, you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands-on care while helping residents feel safe, respected, comfortable, and valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate, person-centered care to residents Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assisting with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs Assisting residents with meals, dining, and hydration Taking and recording vital signs and other assigned measurements Observing residents and reporting changes in condition to the nurse Providing comfort, companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Following infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures Protecting resident privacy, dignity, and rights Communicating effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team Working together with the entire team to provide excellent resident care What We're Looking For We want CNAs who are: Compassionate and genuinely enjoy caring for others Dependable and committed to their team Patient, respectful, and professional Positive and willing to jump in and help Strong communicators Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Dedicated to providing quality, resident-centered care Ready to make a difference every time they walk through the door What You Bring to Tiffany Heights Your CNA certification, your skills, and your experience are important — but so is your heart. Qualifications Current CNA certification in the State of Missouri Current CPR certification or ability to obtain as required Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required Must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, compassion, and a commitment to resident care Why Tiffany Heights? Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
