Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies
- Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team
