The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist in delivering high-quality patient care. This role is vital for ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Provide support in both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring a safe environment for all patients. Help with mobility assistance for patients, including transferring them to and from beds or wheelchairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient needs and any changes in condition. Participate in the care of geriatric patients by understanding their specific needs and challenges. Support emergency medicine procedures when necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist in educational activities for patients and families regarding health management. Requirements •Pass a background check Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical staff. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting or moving patients as needed. Understanding of geriatrics care principles is desirable.
