CNA's for 7/3, 3/11 and 11/7 shifts. Come join our great team and be a part of this exciting opportunity to serve our residents in this modern new facility. To provide personal care and assistance to nursing facility residents according to the individual residents' comprehensive assessment and plan of care under the supervision of the licensed nurse on the unit and to do related work as required to maintain a safe, homelike environment and to protect and promote the rights of each resident.Qualification Standards Education:
Sufficient enough to be able to understand oral and written instructions and assignments, carry out assignments, report to supervisors as required, count to take vital signs, weights, heights, and temperature.Experience:
Helpful, but not required.License:
Current Certified Nurse Aide certificate Must have a pre-employment background check and an annual tuberculosis screening examination.Performance Standards Attendance:
as assigned by supervisor that may include working any day of the week Protects and promotes residents' rights as outlined in federal and state law with residents, family, and others at all times. Adheres to facility infection control standards including proper use of personal protective equipment at all times. Is able to recognize abnormal changes in resident bodily functions and report accurately such changes to charge nurse. Is able to follow written instructions at all times and is able to respond appropriately to oral instructions under emergency circumstances when other communication methods are not possible. Demonstrates competence in the use of proper lifting and transferring techniques for residents according to each individual care plan. Demonstrates competence in all areas of residents' care according to each individual care plan.Job Type:
