DSP/CNA- Clinton, MS- IDD Waiver

Location:

Clinton, MS

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am-8am & 130pm-630pm and Saturday & Sunday's 4pm-9pm

Job Description:

Assist with personal care and hygiene needs, prepare meals and snacks, assist with her laundry, and cleaning her living areas, assist with activities of her choice in home or in the community.

Job Requirements:

CNA CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED!

!! DSP is a Direct Support Professional, formerly known as a DCW or PCA worker. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; CPR, TB Skin Test, Auto Insurance, and one (1) year of experience caring for patients. Must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion list, Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). The caregiver will get the client ready and drop her off at the day program in Clinton. The caregiver will pick the client up from the day program and take her out into the community to favorite restaurants and shopping centers. Take the client for walks around the neighborhood and assist with afternoon personal care before bedtime.
