Required Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be a graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.Licensure:
Valid MS Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.Experience:
One year as a nursing assistant or similar role.Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with or educate residents. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, clinical staff and providers. Ability to work independently as well as lead a team. Ability to interpret Provider or healthcare team's orders and carry them out as requested. Must be resident/customer service oriented, projecting professionalism and socio-economic and cultural sensitivity.Benefits
