Full Time Job Summary Assists patients with ADLs; supports mobility, comfort, and safety; monitors and reports changes; provides compassionate, team‑based care. Minimum Qualifications Valid CNA certification (state); HS diploma/equivalent preferred; basic medical terminology. Preferred Qualifications Long‑term care/rehab experience; CPR/First Aid; dementia/palliative training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with hygiene, grooming, bathing, feeding. Monitor/record vitals; assist transfers and mobility. Maintain clean/safe environment; adhere to infection control. Provide emotional support and companionship. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech. All candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position.
