Must have a passion and drive to serve seniors and make a difference in their lives each day. Dementia training is available. High school graduate or equivalent 1-year minimum experience working as a RA/CNA Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Respond to residents' call system promptly and courteously Demonstrate good decision-making skills Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow-up as required Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors Teamwork is a must
