We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) at Ruleville Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
  • Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
  • Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment.
  • Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
  • Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
  • Takes and records vital parameters as assigned. Assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.
  • Records information on the electronic health record.
  • Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
