What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Providing compassionate, person-centered care Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Helping create positive experiences for residents and their families What We're Looking For Current CNA certification in the State of Washington Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining resident dignity and respect Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is welcomed but not required Why Join Copper Ridge?
