Schedule:

40 hours per week

Day Shift:

7:00 AM 3:00

PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM 11:00

PM Night Shift:

11:00 PM 7:00 AM Overtime may be available as needed

Required Qualifications:

CNA certification in good standing 1-2 years of prior experience in a contract position One of the following is required: At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health settings (state hospitals or behavioral health facilities) Minimum of 5 years experience in geriatric care (long-term care, nursing homes, or hospice) At least 4 years of experience in urgent care or emergency room environments Strong interpersonal, observation, and communication skills Comfort working with individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges

Responsibilities:

Support patients with activities of daily living such as hygiene, dressing, and meals Observe and document patients behaviors, mood, and safety Assist with therapeutic groups and structured programming Maintain a safe environment by adhering to behavioral health protocols Aid admissions, discharges, and patient transfers alongside nursing staff Maintain confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety protocols
