Starting Pay:
$17.50+/hour (based on experience) Make a Difference Every Day Are you passionate about helping others and providing compassionate care? Glendive Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Extended Care team. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. As part of a dedicated healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs and contributing to a positive care environment. In this position, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Help with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs Monitor and record vital signs Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff Complete required documentation accurately and timely Partner with nurses and other caregivers to provide quality resident-centered care Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors Other duties as assigned Successful candidates will have: Current Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and daily care activities Work Schedule Full-time employment Five shifts per week Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled Employee Benefits Glendive Medical Center offers a competitive benefits package, including: Eligible after 59 days: Medical, Dental, Vision Healthcare Spending Accounts Employer-paid Life & Disability Eligible after 30 days: 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off and Extended Illness Leave Paid float holidays Why Join Glendive Medical Center?
