Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care to hospital and long-term care residents following facility protocols. Conduct assessments, record vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Uphold a professional, team-oriented attitude while complying with safety regulations. Operate independently with minimal supervision, flexibly floating to ED, Med/Surg, and other units as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. BLS certification and current CNA license registered in Montana. Minimum 2 years of hospital and long-term care experience, with ability to float to ED and Med/Surg units. Professional, team-player mindset, independent work style, adaptability to schedule and facility needs. Physical fitness to meet hospital demands and strong communication skills.
