The CNA will provide respectful personal care focused on each patient's comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Depending on patient needs and the daily assignment, the CNA may travel between multiple private homes or care settings or remain at one assigned location for the shift. Responsibilities Provide personal care to hospice patients in their homes or assigned care settings. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral care, and other activities of daily living. Support mobility, transfers, repositioning, meals, and hydration. Help maintain a clean, safe, peaceful, and comfortable environment. Observe patients and promptly report changes in condition to the supervising nurse. Provide companionship and compassionate emotional support to patients and families. Follow each patient's individualized hospice plan of care. Complete accurate and timely visit documentation. Follow infection-control, safety, privacy, and hospice procedures. Protect each patient's dignity, comfort, privacy, and personal preferences. Requirements Active Montana CNA certification in good standing. Previous hospice, home-health, palliative-care, long-term care, or related experience preferred. Current CPR or BLS certification. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. Ability to travel between patient homes or care settings when assigned. Willingness to remain at one location for the full shift when required. Dependable attendance and ability to complete onboarding promptly. What We Offer $25.00 per hour. Weekly direct deposit.
