What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team Support patient mobility, comfort, and safety Measure and record vital signs as directed Maintain a clean and safe patient environment Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide outstanding patient care
What We're Looking For Education:
High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
Experience:
One year preferred.
Licensure/certification/registration:
Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. BLS Health Care Provider required. Medication Safety - AME required.
Additional skills preferred:
Basic computer skills for documentation. Job Opening
