Responsibilities:

Personal care

• assist clients with the activities of daily living and personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing, etc. Companionship
• visiting with the client, reading with them, or listening to music, etc.

Light housekeeping and meal preparation Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises Transportation, responsibly complete errands, and conduct shopping for clients Adaptable to clients needs and scheduling changes Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family members Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, family members, and Home Helpers Communicate with (and support) clients and your team members

Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (and random drug screens) Pass a Previous employer reference check/ Time and Attendance Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Clean driving record Access to email and a smart phone/mobile device Understands and respects client ethics and confidentiality of care Strong social, communication and interpersonal skills Strength to perform the job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience CNA Certified CNA in NC registry
