Shift Part-Time :

1st shift & 3rd shift (Weekends Only) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Join our compassionate team at Searstone Retirement Community , a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to providing exceptional care across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care . As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents who require clinical care, daily assistance, and specialized memory support — helping them feel safe, respected, and truly at home.

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff Offer compassionate companionship and reassurance Ensure a safe, clean, and dignified living environment

What We're Looking For:

Active CNA certification in North Carolina Experience in skilled or memory care preferred (but not required) Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Team-oriented with a heart for senior care Work every other weekend.
