Liberty Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients across various settings. As a CNA, you will be an essential part of our commitment to quality healthcare, offering daily support and care to patients while working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide daily living assistance to our patients with a compassionate and respectful demeanor Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and eating Assist nursing staff with basic medical tasks like taking blood pressure, monitoring temperatures, and managing patient records Ensure the highest level of comfort and safety for patients at all times Support patients and their families during stays at the facility Communicate patient needs and updates to healthcare team members and document patient interactions Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in basic medical tasks and understanding of health and safety guidelines Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Empathy and resilience in challenging situations Good observation skills with attention to detail
