Trinity Elms Assisted Living in Clemmons is hiring for PCA/CNA positions. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Starting at $14 per hour $2/ hr. shift diff for (11p-7a) 3rd shift. $3/hr. shift diff for (3p-11p) 2nd shift $4/hr. Weekend Only shift diffs for all shifts First (7a-3p), Second (3p-11p) & Third (11p-7a) shifts available! We also Offer 12-hour shifts! Every other Weekend is Required Trinity Elms employees now have Daily Pay; an app that will allow employees to obtain earned money prior to pay day! Lutheran Services Carolinas has a NEW Nurse Tuition Program available! Are you currently enrolled in a Nursing Program at an accredited community college? Nurse Tuition Program:

available to any teammate who has been accepted into a community college nursing program. Tuition fully covered after other applicable grants or scholarships. Teammates must work for a senior facility a minimum of 22.5 hours per week. Teammates must apply to administrator at least 4 weeks prior to start of semester."
