Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and support with daily living activities Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as delegated by licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and observations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and goal-setting Report changes in resident condition or concerns to licensed nursing staff Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing education or experience preferred Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
