JOB SUMMARY
Once you finish the training program to become a Certified Nurse Aide, CNA you are prepared to do perform the job responsibilities that are assigned, and the following is a list of some of the expectations of our employees: Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, transferring/mobility, and feeding. Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families. Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
