We offer personalized in-home care as well as sitter and companionship services in facilities and hospitals. Role Overview We are seeking experienced PCAs and CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about caregiving. This is a client-facing role providing support in private homes, facilities, and hospital settings. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility support) Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity Provide sitter/monitoring services in hospitals or facilities as needed Accurately document care and report client status/changes to supervisors Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and safety standards Qualifications Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with verifiable experience Current CPR/First Aid certification (required) TB test within the past 12 months (required) Clear criminal background check and valid ID Reliable transportation with proof of insurance At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $16/hr (with opportunities for growth as we scale) Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow with a startup building its reputation in the community Supportive leadership team that values caregivers as the heart of our agency How to Apply All applicants must apply through our official CareTime application link : https://app.caretime.net/bellacare-solution/apply
