Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for those in need of care, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide patient monitoring to ensure the health and safety of clients at all times. Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following established protocols. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Assist with memory care for clients experiencing cognitive challenges, implementing strategies to enhance their daily experiences. Support hospice care needs by providing comfort and assistance during end-of-life care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client information. Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to family members or healthcare professionals as needed. Skills Strong understanding of memory care techniques and patient monitoring practices. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. Experience in nursing home settings or social work is a plus. Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism at all times. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality is upheld. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role. $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
