Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates, accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems Support medical staff in various duties Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being Document patient care activities thoroughly in medical records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams about patient status and needs Skills Proven experience in long-term care Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs in settings like long-term care or assisted living Strong caregiving skills with a focus in community care environments Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care!
