Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Provide companionship and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plansRequirements:
High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience Reliable transportation and active car insurance VAILD driver's license Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (we will help you get these if you don't have them) Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
