Position SummaryThe Caregiver-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care and assistance to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is essential in helping residents achieve and maintain their highest level of independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being while ensuring care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, company standards, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Our caregivers play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued, respected, and supported.

What You'll DoProvide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Promote resident independence and encourage participation in daily activities.

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times.

Follow individualized care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.

Support a warm, welcoming, and caring community environment.

QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.

ExperienceMinimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.

CertificationSuccessful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

Current CNA certification in good standing.

Completion of all required in-services and continuing education requirements.

Additional RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A caring, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
