About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You'll become an important part of their daily lives while helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Whether you're helping with personal care, preparing a meal, providing companionship, or simply being there when someone needs you, your work matters.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Providing care and support according to each client's individual needs and care plan Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Performing light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe environment Supporting clients with memory care and developmental disabilities when applicable Communicating and collaborating with nurses and members of the care team Accurately documenting care provided and reporting changes in client condition Going above and beyond to provide compassionate, respectful, and dependable care What We're Looking For We're looking for CNAs who genuinely care about the people they serve and take pride in the work they do.
Ideal candidates will have:
Active CNA certification Previous experience in home care, assisted living, hospice, or a similar healthcare setting preferred A compassionate and caring attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to safely assist and support clients with mobility and transfers Strong reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team Flexibility and willingness to work with varying client needs A commitment to treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Why Join Our Team?
