We provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties , and we are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead CNA to join our team. Minimum Qualifications Please apply only if you meet the following requirements: Active CNA certification required Prior hands-on caregiver or CNA experience required Valid driver's license and Current auto insurance required Background checks required As a Lead CNA / Experienced Caregiver, responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting safe mobility and transfers Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Communicating client updates as needed Providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care Filling in for caregiver call-outs as needed to help ensure clients continue receiving dependable care Acting as the face of the office in the field by representing the company with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication Mentoring and supporting field staff by helping model quality care, reliability, and professional standards while working with clients and caregivers Ideal Candidate The best fit for this role is someone who is experienced, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a client's home.
