Overview Now hiring CNA's / PCA's. You must Have a valid Drivers License. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our care team. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who need help with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability. Your care will help improve their quality of life and allow them to live with dignity and comfort. As a Caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on care, emotional support, and companionship to clients in their homes. Ideal candidates are patient, trustworthy, and committed to making a positive difference every day. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility support and help with transfers or exercises Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Monitor and report any changes in physical or mental health to supervisors Provide medication reminders (as allowed by state regulations) Qualifications Previous experience in home care, memory care, or senior care is preferred but not required. Genuine compassion and a strong desire to help others Strong communication and time management skills Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients. Ability to perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required; training may be provided. Must possess reliable transportation for travel between client homes within the community. You must Have a valid Drivers License. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
