Job Summary Brightstar is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Assistants, and Home Health Aides to support clients throughout the Madison area.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) Provide companionship and light housekeeping Monitor and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Active CNA/HHA certification (or equivalent PCA experience) Reliable transportation/ Active car insurance Strong communication and compassionate care skills Availability across various shifts (days, evenings, weekends) VAILD driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screening Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (we will help you get these if you don't have them) Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience
