Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, including observable physical and behavioral changes Assist with the development and implementation of care plans, including setting goals and objectives Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting independence and dignity among our residents About the
