Job Summary This position includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including patient-intake, immunizations, point-of-care testing, referrals, and coordination of care. We are looking for someone who is team oriented, organized and committed to providing excellent pediatric care.

Schedule Days:

Monday through Friday.

Hours:

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Break:

1-hour unpaid lunch daily.

Balance:

No weekends or evening shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, engaging care to pediatric patients and families. Room patients and document medical histories. Measure vitals. Administer routine pediatric immunizations safely. Perform basic point-of-care laboratory tests (strep, flu, urine). Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked patient rooms. Coordinate follow-ups, referrals and patient communication. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications & Skills Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Experience with Allscripts / Veradigm EMR preferred but not required. Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with anxious parents. Strong multi-tasking skills in fast-paced settings.
